2 scope of application: the needle used in the computer game factory.
3 inspection instruments and equipment: vernier caliper and electric iron.
4 inspection items and technical requirements:
4.1 packing inspection: the logo is identical with the physical object without mixing.
4.2 appearance: the surface of the pin is not dirty, oxidized, and the coating is off. The plastic has no damage, burr, scald and so on.
4.3 Structural Dimensions: Needle Arrangement, Needle Arrangement Main Dimensions (Plastic Needle Length on Both Sides, Needle Size), Needle Pin Spacing should comply with Technical Regulations
The tester or sample requires that the test board is good.
4.4 heat resistance of the needle: after the heat resistance test, the plastic holder can not be melted, deformed or bent.
4.5 the weldability of the pin: after the tin is added, the tin surface should be above 98%.
5 Test Method:
5.1 appearance and packaging inspection: visual method.
5.2 structure size: use vernier caliper to measure, install and check.
5.3 heat resistance: use electric iron to heat the needle about 3-5S, check the heat resistance of the needle plastic.
5.4 solderability: use the electric iron to check the tin after the needle is added to the tin.
