2.00mm Pitch Triple Row Female Header Connector 3x20P SMT Compatible Phosphor Bronze Socket

Two millimetre pitch is the compromise most compact controller designs settle on: noticeably smaller than 2.54mm, still robust enough for through hole assembly and hand rework. Adding a third row multiplies the available positions without lengthening the connector, so a 60 way interface fits into a body only 6.0mm wide. That combination is what makes this 2.00mm triple row female header useful in control boards that are already crowded with relays and terminal blocks.

Contacts are stamped from phosphor bronze, which keeps its spring force better than brass at elevated temperature, and are plated with gold flash over nickel. The insulator is PA6T for reflow compatibility. Because the 2.00mm grid halves the space between adjacent terminals, the moulded body separates each contact with a full height wall, raising the creepage distance and reducing the chance of solder bridging during wave soldering.

This connector shows up wherever a compact controller has to move many signals across a short distance. Programmable logic controllers use it to link an I O expansion module to the CPU board, motor drives use it for Hall sensor and encoder harnesses, and building automation panels route thermostat and damper control through it. Because the body is narrow, it also fits behind display modules in weighing scales, blood pressure monitors and handheld test meters, where a 2.54mm socket would push the front panel out by several millimetres.

Positions from 3 x 2 to 3 x 20 are cut from continuous strip, so short runs carry no tooling charge. We offer a right angle variant on the same footprint, a surface mount tail for reflow only assemblies, and a version with a closed bottom to stop solder wicking into the contact cage. Selective gold at 0.38 or 0.76 micron, PA9T insulation for double sided reflow, and tape and reel packing for automated placement are all available. Our engineers will review your land pattern and return a corrected drawing if the 2.00mm pitch leaves insufficient solder mask web between pads.

Counted into anti-static shielding bags of 1000 pieces, this header ships with a desiccant sachet and a humidity indicator card in every bag. Bags are boxed into export-grade cartons printed with the CNJWY neutral label, and the fine 2.00mm pin field is protected by a foam insert so no contact touches the carton wall. Cartons stay under 15 kg gross for air freight, while sea freight loads are palletised and stretch wrapped against container humidity. Own-brand cartons, barcode labels and drop tested inner packaging are available. Each lot is accompanied by a dimensional report, a plating thickness certificate and a RoHS declaration drawn from the same production batch.
